MOA: Etoricoxib → selectively inhibits COX‑2 enzyme → reduces prostaglandin synthesis → lowers pain, swelling & inflammation. Thiocolchicoside → acts in the central nervous system; interacts with GABA‑A receptors and glycine receptors (antagonist action) → reduces reflex muscle spasms.
